As a Florida State Certifed General Contractor in South Florida and having been for over 28 years. I can assure you that our goal is to meet your requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality standards. |
Design-Build: take the concept developed by the owner, complete the detailed design, and then pending the owner's approval on the design, proceed with construction.
Our role is to design, provide construction advice to the designer, on the owner's behalf, design advice to the constructor, again on the owner's behalf, and other advice as necessary.
