Scott E. Martin is a State Certifed General Contractor in South Florida and has been for over 28 years. He has been active in the construction industry since 1970 for a total of over 40 years.

In 1994, Mr. Martin, had witnessed enough poor workmanship, having been called to repair it, that he entered the Construction Forensics arena as a Board Certified Forensic Expert Witness.
